We’re Mark and Annette Braun, a husband-and-wife duo turning a long-time dream into a delicious new adventure.  

While working full-time, Mark spent countless hours building our food trailer from the ground up—a true labor of love.  Now retired, he’s taking it on the road!

Annette still works her day job, but joins in part-time to help serve up great food and warm smiles.  

This isn’t just a retirement project - it’s the start of a tasty new chapter, and we’re so glad you’re along for the ride.
